Refund & Exchange Policy

Dear valued customer, thank you for shopping at Daily Bible Miracles.

We try to make your experience a happy one! Sorry that you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase therefore here's what we can do for you.

Refund & Exchange (Physical Products)

We are unable to issue a refund/exchange if you have filed for a refund after your item(s) have been shipped.

To refund or exchange an item after it has been shipped, 
please wait for your item to arrive and write in with the email address you used to make your purchase and your Order ID to contact@dailybiblemiracles.com in the next 48 hours upon receiving your items.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging with the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Please send the item back to our office address at 7 Temasek Boulevard #12-07 Suntec Tower One
Singapore 038987 within 30 days since the date of receiving your item, we are unable to process your refund if items are returned after the 30 days timeframe.

We currently only accept returns with a tracking number. 

Do note that Shipping costs are non refundable.      

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within two weeks depending on your card issuer's policies

Refund & Exchange (Digital Products)

We regret to inform you that we are unable to issue a 
refund/exchange on digital products that are being offered as a bonus with our physical product.

However, if you happened to receive a defective item, we will send you a replacement of the same item.

Please refer to "Defective items" for more details.

Defective item

If you have received a defective item, please allow us make it up to you!

Within 30 days from receiving your defective item, please write in with the email address you used to make your purchase and your Order ID to contact@dailybiblemiracles.com

In cases for defective items, please take a photo of the defective item against original packaging of your parcel (containing your address) for verification purposes.

We will dispatch to you a new piece of the same item within 7 working days (not inclusive of public holidays and weekends).

In the event that the same item is out of stock, we will provide you alternatives of the same value for you to select from. 

Via normal shipping conditions, item should reach between 8-16 days after it has been dispatched. However, it may take longer than 16 days due to peak period, festive season and unforeseen circumstances. We would like to seek for your kind understanding in this matter.

Insurance 

If you have purchased insurance, please note that the insurance is covered by Daily Bible Miracles.

The following are covered: lost shipments, delayed shipment, damaged goods, or stolen merchandise.

What is not covered:
When you have provided incorrect or incomplete address. 

Please write in to us via email to contact@dailybiblemiracles.com within 30 days of receiving your items including your shipping address, order number, picture of damaged goods, proof of lost of stolen merchandise.

A replacement product will be dispatched to your original address in 7 working days in the event of an approved claim.  

Shipping

Please note that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Returns are only accepted with a tracking number. 

Shipping costs are non refundable.
